Here’s How It Works:
You sit down with 1 or more of the Wow Factor team to discuss your goals, ideas and budget. If this is a first-time event we can help with an estimated budget
Wow Factor will put together a brief proposal including our design and production fees. Our projects are flat fees and are determined based on the number of hours we estimate for the project or a % of the budget. There are no hidden fees or mark-ups.
Once our proposal is approved, we will put on our brainstorming hats to determine a concept for the event, a timeline and a budget.
Once the final concept is approved, we will move forward taking care of all the details to make your event a success!
Here’s what we don’t do:
We’re happy to put together sponsorship packets, research potential sponsors for your event and work with your sponsorship team. We will also ensure that your event sponsors are receiving all of their sponsor benefits. However, we feel it is important for your organization to build and maintain a relationship with your sponsors.
DIY EVENT CONSULTATION PACKAGE
We’ve heard from many organization leaders that they have a cadre of dedicated staff and volunteers who could pull off the production of an event.
The catch is that none of their volunteers have professional event experience and the production ends up taking a lot of precious staff time with results that are less than expected. In addition, the organization cannot afford to hire an event planner to do the job. What is a nonprofit leader to do in this conundrum? Call us!
Our DIY package addresses this issue and fills the gap between organization and volunteers. Our team has 20+ years of professional event experience. We will give your staff and volunteers the tools and guidance they need to carry out a successful event.
- Let’s Get it Started: One-hour meeting between Wow Factor and nonprofit staff/volunteers to review the following:
- History of event, if applicable
- Available resources for event
- Vision and goals
- Keeping on Track: Facilitation of up to 3 – 1 hour planning meetings by a Wow Factor staff member – ensuring things are going as planned, making course corrections as necessary.
- Taking it to the Finish Line: Event deliverables to include:
- Three event themes/concepts
- Event planning timeline
- Event Budget
- Event staffing outline
- List of preferred vendors
- Day of event timeline
These are fully customized documents specific to your event. Not generic templates or checklists.
Total Cost: $1,000 nonprofit rate, $1500 regular rate
On-site, day-of coordination available for an additional fee
